Who doesn’t want to feel heroic? Have fun climbing like Spiderman, learn martial arts like Batman or wear your underwear on the outside like Superman 🙂
Moya’s stunt-studio is uniquely equipped and Zack is over-qualified to teach all ages how to grow through constructive imaginative challenges.

Hero Training is for all ages and skill levels and is predominantly focused on Parkour in the adult classes.

Parkour: pɑːˈkʊə/ (noun)
the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing.

~ It emphasizes efficiency of movement…later we add gymnastic or martial-arts tricks to our skill-set to perform the more commonly known “free-running”
