Parkour & Free-running…we teach all ages through constructive, achievable challenges and make use of progressive skill-level development to prioritise safety at all stages of proficiency. Our curriculum includes the development of the following skills:
- Emphasizing eficiency of movement
- Self-expression through “tricking” and “free-running”
- Proprioceptive awareness and balance
- Quadripedal co-ordination and left/right brain integration
- Dynamic movement repatterning
- “Ukemi” – the art of falling
- Nervous system modulation

2:15 – 2:45pm for < 8yr olds
3 – 3:45pm for 9 – 12yr olds
4 – 4:45pm for teens +
School-based lessons (Bay Primary, Generations Imhoff, Jan van Riebeeck etc) have their own unique schedule so please enquire for more information.
