Parkour / Art of Movement

Parkour & Free-running…we teach all ages through constructive, achievable challenges and make use of progressive skill-level development to prioritise safety at all stages of proficiency. Our curriculum includes the development of the following skills:

  • Emphasizing eficiency of movement
  • Self-expression through “tricking” and “free-running”
  • Proprioceptive awareness and balance
  • Quadripedal co-ordination and left/right brain integration
  • Dynamic movement repatterning
  • “Ukemi” – the art of falling
  • Nervous system modulation

Class Timetable for our dedicated venues in Cape Town & Fish Hoek [Homestead Park in Oranjezicht & 1st Sea Scout Hall Fish Hoek respectively]

2:15 – 2:45pm for < 8yr olds
3 – 3:45pm for 9 – 12yr olds
4 – 4:45pm for teens +

School-based lessons (Bay Primary, Generations Imhoff, Jan van Riebeeck etc) have their own unique schedule so please enquire for more information.
